Welcome to Martin Works Safety. As we all know, the construction industry has changed in so many ways in recent years. For companies, it has become very challenging. New type of workers, new type of employees and more concern about safety and teaching our teams. With the recent increased numbers of horrific injuries and property damage, the regulators in the industry have had to increase the enforcement and penalties for it.  At MWS our commitment is this, “Together, we can make the industry better, more profitable and safer!” It is our promise and our commitment.  All of us at MWS started and most continue to work at all levels of the industry. We are operators, riggers, signalers, instructors, safety managers, inspectors, and investigators in the industry. We all encounter scenarios which are common but concerning. Unfortunately, they are not addressed. The regulatory fines and insurance rate hikes have put all of us on notice. It directly impacts on our bottom line and growth. As such, it’s more cost effective to properly train and address the concerns before dealing with the regulators.
